Common Questions
Things Families Often Ask Us
What exactly does "estate organisation education" mean?
It means we help families understand, in plain language, how estate-related matters are generally handled — who the relevant authorities are, what kinds of records are typically involved, and what steps families usually go through. We do not provide legal or financial advice, and we do not represent you in any formal process.
Do I need to have a will or existing documents to use your services?
Not at all. Many of the families who come to us are at the very beginning — they may have scattered documents or simply want to understand where to start. Our services are designed to help at any stage, including when you are starting from scratch.
Can Willowend help me draft a will or manage an estate?
No — drafting wills, managing estates, and providing legal advice are matters for qualified solicitors and registered practitioners. What we can do is help you understand the general landscape, organise your records, and prepare thoughtful questions before you meet the professionals who handle those formal steps.
How long does the Generational Legacy Programme take?
The programme is structured as multiple sessions and is designed to fit around a family's pace. Most participants complete it over four to eight weeks, though there is flexibility depending on schedules and the amount of material to organise. We never rush this process.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. Any information you share with us in the course of our services is treated with care and discretion. We do not share personal details with third parties except where required by law. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
Are the fees inclusive of all materials?
Yes. The price listed for each service includes all session time, printed materials, folder systems, checklists, and follow-up support within the defined scope. There are no hidden charges. If additional sessions are needed, these can be arranged at a separate agreed rate.
Do you serve families outside of Johor Bahru?
While our main office is in Johor Bahru, we welcome enquiries from across Malaysia. Some services can be delivered remotely via video call. Please get in touch to discuss what arrangement would work best for your family.
